GSB Sabha, Mumbai, successfully conducted its Adhyatmik program on Saturday, 23rd May 2026, from 5.45 pm onwards at I.M. Pai Hall, Matunga, during the auspicious Adhik Jyestha Maas.
The evening commenced with soulful bhajans rendered by the Mahila Shakha Bhajan Group, led by Mrs. Maya Nayak, which created a devotional atmosphere for the gathering.
The highlight of the program was an enlightening pravachan on the topic ‘Krishna _ Purna Purushottam Bhagwan’ by Shri Anant Raghav Dasji (Amit Kini), resident monk of Govardhan Eco-friendly Village, Palghar District, Maharashtra. The discourse in Konkani was well received by the audience. He kept each and every person engaged with his easy flow of words and expressions. Later, an interactive Q&A session followed.
Shri Anant Raghav Dasji was felicitated by Mrs. Amita Kini, President of the Mahila Shakha.
The program convenors were Mrs. Suchitra Sukhthankar and Anita Nayak.
The occasion served as a fitting tribute to Late Smt. Sanjivi Bhat, former President of the Sabha and its Mahila Shakha, whose vision and generosity led to the establishment of an endowment, with the support of co-sponsors, to sustain this meaningful program.
This year’s program was further enriched by the generous support of several sevadars, who were honoured with Tulsi saplings as a token of gratitude and blessings for their valuable contribution.
This was followed by the bhojana prasad.
The Sabha expresses its gratitude to all devotees, members, sponsors, volunteers, and well-wishers whose wholehearted support contributed to the success of the event.
